It started clinically
Nurse practitioner work sets the standard for everything that came after: you document what happened, you meet the deadline, and you do not guess at a fact you cannot verify.
The ventures accumulated
ABCR became the parent — contracting, certifications and shared operations. ANI Healthcare carries the clinical services. Sona Baile handles studio and creative direction, Disrupterz the consulting work, and the coliving portfolio the property side.
The systems became the work
Running several entities at once means the real risk is never the work itself — it is the renewal nobody tracked and the document nobody filed. The NIP ecosystem grew out of solving that in-house.
Where it stands
Every venture runs against one set of records: deadlines with real dates, documents in one vault, tasks tied to the venture that owns them. What gets offered to clients is what already runs here.
